Farms, land, tenancies, masts and subsidies: specialist advice for farmers, landowners and tenants across Scotland.

Buying and selling farms and land

We are experienced in buying and selling farms and land throughout Scotland, and we have contacts with a wide range of professionals who can provide additional services as part of the process.

Buying or selling a farm or land follows a process similar to other transactions, but there may be additional considerations: you may be buying or selling a farm business that includes machinery, livestock, goodwill and an entitlement to receive subsidies.
